Ashley Agostino (General Manager)
Ashley was born into a successful family construction company. Developing for themselves through Sydney’s North shore and Central Coast. Through her career Ashley has managed a multitude of various businesses and has naturally gravitated back to the construction space.
Initially applying her management background to a high-end residential building firm. The experience provided a platform to grow and develop her construction management skills.
Ashley joined Sydney Builders Group in 2019 to oversee the insurance and remedial business. Utilizing her experience from past success. Ashley implements strategies to grow, develop and refine our business. A keen member and advocate for the Women In Insurance network. Ashley continues to add value to not just Sydney Builders Group, but the insurance market as a whole.
Michael McGoldrick (Operations Manager)
Our head of operations Michael McGoldrick has worked in Insurance building for almost 20 years. Starting his career as a Project manager. Michael quickly developed a keen sense of efficiency and accountability linked with good systems.
Michael has held State Manager positions for several Insurance Builders and Building material manufacturers. Michael drives a quality product with end to end systematization of job planning.
Tyrone Svendsen (Business Development Manager)
Tyrone brings a wealth of experience gained across the building industry. From humble beginnings, building houses in North Queensland with his father as a teenager. To General Managing Australia’s oldest and largest Builders Buying group.
Territory qualifications in Business and Policy. Tyrone brings a grounded and energetic approach to Business Development. Adopting a style of understanding who our customers are and what is important to them. You will find him listening and gaining knowledge more than he is selling our business. A keen advocate for building sustainability. Tyrone brings a vast network of trades and industry professionals together to gain upward momentum for our business offering.
Bahar Naser (Digital Marketing Manager)
Bahar is a versatile Digital Marketing Project Manager with 15 years of B2B experience in building, maintaining, and running successful digital marketing campaigns, with the capacity to rally internal and external resources to complete our marketing projects in its best way. She leads the developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our company.
With having a Ph.D. in Computer Software Engineering, she brings a rich and diverse knowledge of digital project management and market data analysis experience to the group, and has helped us to expand our audience and our reach with her creative ideas.
She leads a distributed team of business executives regarding Agile roles, routines, and responsibilities resulting in an efficient use of Scrum/Kanban and a faster start-up time to accomplish our company goals.

We were allocated Sydney Builders Group by our insurance company for major storm damage repair to our house which involved all the internal walls and ceilings being taken out and replaced. We were so impressed with Evan and his team that we decided to use them to insulate and re-clad our house as well as replacing our kitchen and air conditioning. Almost a new home.
